    Currently we are able to ship to addresses in the USA. You can choose from standard or expedited shipping methods. 


    Where is my order?

    This is our most common question. Orders take 30 days to arrive. Please, click the link here or in the navigation to find out the delivery status of your order.


    What is my tracking number?

    Tracking will be sent to the email used for your order within 3-7 days of placing your order. If 7 days have passed and you still don't have a tracking number, please contact zoe@jinchanwarp.com.


    Why are some of my Items missing?

    We send items from multiple warehouses, this speeds things up but it means that you may get multiple packages. So do not be worried, if some of your orders are “missing items”. These items will come in different packages within the estimated shipping time. You may also contact us for more information.


    How long do I have for Order Amendments or Cancelations?

    If you need to amend or cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours so we can make changes.


    How do I get support if I am not able to set the item up? Or meet some problems during use?

    There are instructions and videos under menu list Support. Please read them first. If there is still a question, please contact zoe@jinchanwarp.com.


    What if my item arrived damaged?

    Over 99% of items are delivered safely to our happy customers. However, one or two occasionally get damaged due to delivery companies not handling our parcels well. If your item has arrived damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience in advance. If this happens, please contact us immediately by email zoe@jinchanwarp.com and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please ensure you include:

    • Your order number
    • A picture of your damaged item

    Once we have this information, we will be able to send out a replacement free of charge.
